Client Introduction Policy

We are grateful to clients who choose to introduce friends, family or colleagues to Firco.

Our business grows primarily through personal recommendations, and we treat every introduction with professionalism and care.

How Introductions Work

• We will contact the referred individual respectfully and only once.
• We will make it clear that their details were provided by you.
• There is no obligation for them to proceed with any advice.
• All information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and UK data protection law.

Appreciation

From time to time, we may choose to send a small gesture of appreciation to clients who introduce someone that becomes a client of Firco.

Any such gesture is discretionary, non-contractual and subject to change at any time.

Good Faith

Introductions should only be made where you reasonably believe the individual may benefit from our services.

We reserve the right not to act on introductions that we believe are not made in good faith.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
